Communication at its worst with lack of accountability. Absolutely rude. -You will arrive at the location and no van for rent (which is understandable if we were told in advance. Not 20mins before we get to the store front) Save your time & money if you're on a schedule.

Made a reservation for a moving truck a day in advance. Upon arrival for my reservation at 8 am, the staff unpleasantly told me that they don't have any trucks, with no explanation. After trying to understand this major mix up because online said this location had several trucks, I was met with nothing. Even if things were out of their control, which I doubt, both men were very nonchalant and rude about this issue. This was a huge inconvenience given it was the first of the month and there were no available trucks in the downtown area. This location opened at 7 am and they are alerted of reservations so why wouldn't they check and communicate? Not to mention that there were a few of us there at 8 am for truck reservations. Aside from this particular issue, I would not recommend any service from this location due to the lack of professionalism, awareness, communication and empathy.
