Budget Car Rental

I reserved a car more than a month in advance and scheduled to pick it up first thing in the morning on the day of an important family event. They called me the night before, as the location closed, to tell me they wont have a car for me tomorrow morning. So now Im scrambling to find an alternative on 12 hours notice. I certainly wont be renting from this location again.

Terrible experience. I had my reservation booked since August 18th for pick up September 1st, only for them to tell me that didnt have a car for me on the day of pick up

I arrived an hour and a half to pick up a vehicle and was told I had to wait or pay more for an SUV. I sat patiently and watched patrons of other races arrive early AND get a sedan. I asked the manager Yesenia why are other patrons allowed to come early and get the SAME vehicle class and she says they reserved a luxury vehicle which in fact werent luxury vehicles. Additionally, my deposit to secure the vehicle was $250 while others only paid $200. I had to request a walk around to verify damages, and gas wasnt discussed or mentioned.This is a clear case of discrimination, I will be filing a complaint with the AG and bbb.
