Honestly, I have never really had major issues with National. However, a couple months ago, I accidently took the car key for their car and left my personal. I filled out the lost and found report but never heard back. I spoke to 3 different managers and all have failed to get back to me. I traveled back to Chicago recently, for work and asked again if anyone has heard anything and I was told that the fob I left behind was used for their own vehicle. They overwrote the program to fit their vehicle. I was told sorry it was your responsibility to make sure you had all your stuff. nothing else we can do. It is just extremely frustrating that I was told that.

I made a mistake and scheduled my car for a day earlier, so when I showed up I didn't have a reservations. Jessica was great and helped me get a car, but when I brought my car back I was in a hurry and a bit rattled - Jake was there and made my return simple and stress free. Jake and Jessica are amazing.
