        Best staff out of any Panera bread I have ever been to, and I am a loyal customer! The staff made a mistake with my sandwich and fixed it right away while also giving me an extra half! A special shout-out to the Taniesha for her energy and the manager Kash for great leadership!

        Slow. Staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. They messed up my order several times. Even the rapid order kiosk is slow. Will be returning.

        Food is fine, but delivery is very inconsistent. We've had food delivered twice, and both times, there has been at least one item missing. Tried to get a refund, but it never went through.

        Edit to old review: vaccine requirement check lifted. Business as usual. Good food for decent price. Service tends to be fast. Old review: Food is good, however with new vaccine restrictions, they don't let you use the self order kiosk anymore unless you're getting to go. Honestly a shame, because it was nice to see all the options for what you are ordering visually. Seems pretty unnecessary as you could mitigate people entering without a vaccine just by having someone near the kiosk

        I eat her a few times a year. Usually fairly clean. Today it was filthy. Nobody around cleaning. Tables were all dirty, fountain area messy and sticky from spills and splatters. People behind the counter but nobody in dining area to even ask to wipe my table. This 3as justy table. Dried on soup. Had to clean trash off myself and this was the cleanest table.
