Starbucks

It's a Starbucks, alike in dignity with every other Starbucks. Typically, long drive thru lines at this location, but probably not any different than other drive thru locations nearby.

Staff is nice. My Dbl blended Strawberry Lemonade was fantastic! The best one I've ever had, thank you!!!

3:00 on a Monday, was not busy. There was no one on the line but me, and one car at the drive thru. The music inside so loud it is hard to order - think of the loudest club you have ever been to, and this was twice as loud as that. I ordered a decaf coffee. The woman taking the order (no name tag, but she is very petite) said "we don't have decaf coffee", then silence. I replied "no decaf coffee at Starbucks?". She responded "No". Then more silence and stared at me. Then I said "I didn't know that Starbucks was no longer selling decaf". More extended silence and staring. Then she said "we sell decaf Americano only". Why didn't she just say that at the beginning - we could have avoided all the staring and silences. I replied "OK, I'll have that". Another long blank stare at me, then she rang it up. This was the oddest exchange I ever had at a Starbucks over a couple decades. I still wanted to leave a tip but there was no way to do that at payment, and I didn't see a tip jar. So I asked "is there a tip box so I can leave a tip?" And once again, we played the silence game. Then she said "a what?" I replied "a tip". She replied "what?" I said "never mind". The End.

I was either given the incorrect drink or it was made incorrectly at this location. I ordered a London Fog Tea Latte (as I always do) and was given hot water with a tea bag. Im just frustrated I actually paid for this. I was expecting steamed milk and vanilla syrup too as the drink is supposed to be made and is an actual item on the menu. Very disappointed in my trip to this Starbucks location.

It's the only Starbucks with a drive-thru in my part of town, so it's always packed. They are pretty efficient considering the number of people who are in and out of there all the time. If they me a mistake, they'll correct it. I hope it calms down in there at some point, they seemed tired by 1pm on Sunday. Not to the point of rudeness, but I felt for them!
