        "After today, I am officially done with US BANK. Period! This branch is so incompetent. The manager is never here, and I demand to talk to a branch manager as soon as possible. Im not sure when thatll be because shes never here! The staff gets sarcastic with you as well. If you own a business, please dont do business with US BANK and/or this branch location because theyre bad for business. Im so over this bank.

        I'm officially done with this location. The staff is very rude to the people patronizing here and will get sarcastic with you! To have customers waiting outside 15 minutes after you're supposed to be open doing a cold day is absurd. Teller then comes out to say that they're not open and slams the door in an elderly person face. With everything that's going on everywhere people should not be getting disrespected by anyone because a lot of people have a short fuse and will take it out on everyone around them. The people that you guys hire you definitely need to do a better job of training them on customer service.
