Negative experience at this branch - went in to get a new debit card, and was called at home by their relationship banker telling me they can help me invest my money in better ways than just my savings account and did I want to come in and discuss it further. I agreed, we confirmed my appointment and I headed to the branch. I stood there for 15 minutes. Not acknowledged by anyone although several of their bankers made direct eye contact with me, not one stopped chatting with their friends long enough to ask why I was standing there for so long. Then one banker came out of her cubicle walked right by me and warmly greeted several people that had just come in to ask how she could help them. After she helped the other customers, she looked at me as sort of an afterthought and asked if I needed help. I told her I had an appointment, she said shed go get him. Instead, the banker that had been chatting away for the past 10 minutes approached and let me know the person I had an appointment with wasnt in, and the other gentleman he had asked to speak with me, even though he was aware of the appointment, went out to lunch. Which was just a complete waste of MY lunch break and my time. Then, this guy proceeded to hard sell me on investments that are out of my price range and even though I repeatedly told him I wasnt interested, he basically pressured me into agreeing to a follow up call just to get out of there. I will never set foot in this branch again.
