Worse bank experience EVER, in every aspect: Their online bank system is terrible, I wasn't able to log on at all during the too many months that I've had to deal with them, even to this day. Their way of operating and them getting back to customers is the worst & non-existent. I signed up for both a savings & a checking account with them for the $200 and $300 bonuses, I jumped thru all of their hoops to qualify for both, and now they only honored one and are giving me the run around for the higher bonus on a technicality/excuse that is their fault since I haven't been able to access my account online because of their crummy system. I've tried to access online countless times thru their system and with their reps by phone to no avail, and even went into the branch in person. Afterwards I've called numerous times to get the bonus issue resolved, to only have them lie to me that the Supervisors are all with clients (EVERY SINGLE TIME that I've called) and then they take my info & number and never call. I'm so fed up that I've been left no choice, but to file complaints with the BBB, CFPB & here about this. Maybe they will finally honor their printed word & end of the bargain when they're made to.
