        Oliver exceeded my expectations! Spacious layout, modern amenities, and attentive management. The location is convenient with great access to shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience.

        Great place to live. Stone's throw from the Clark/Division Red Line. Probably 10min walk from the beach. You have all the bars and restaurants of Old Town nearby as well as the Division Irish Pubs. The only true problem is the crack heads who linger around the park out front many nights of the summer. Suggest you get used to sleeping with ear plugs because they will wake you up. Otherwise this spot is basically perfect.

        This is a really nice building. The rooms are really good and the location is perfect, with multiple supermarkets, restaurants, subway stops, etc. nearby. There's also a gym included and a very nice rooftop.
