The staff at 369 Grand are what makes this building feel like home - they are so incredibly helpful, patient and welcoming to all residents. They truly go above and beyond - I have lived at this building for 2+ years and couldnt say enough good things about the amenities, cleanliness of the common areas, and the concierge. Thank you especially to Kaylin, Kevin and Phil!!

I have had the pleasure of working with Yesi, the property manager at Onni Group, and I must say that her dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly exceptional. I was considering moving out of my apartment after being here for two years due to a potential increase in my rental rate, but Yesi stepped in and fought for me to keep me as a current tenant. Her quick responsiveness, understanding, and tireless efforts exceeded my expectations. This level of attentiveness made a significant difference in my overall experience here at 369. They really do care for their current tenants, highly recommend!

Amazing experience,hospitality was a10 we were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was still closed however I will book here again! Amazing location central to a lot .amenities were a 10!
