I'm still continually amazed by the high quality of United Heating & Cooling product and more importantly, the professionalism of their staff. They wear shoe covers. They're polite. They stay the extra time to teach you how to operate what they install. They truly care about the customer. I've been lucky to have Gerald work on my AC, my furnace, and my humidifier. His associate was also top notch. These guys truly epitomize the best with the highest level of professionalism.

Probably one of the best experiences with a contractor. From the first contact there was amazing clear communication. The team went above and beyond helping with some items that were out of scope for the job. Even since the work happened, they are quick to respond to all my follow up questions regarding our system.

Adrian was sent out by my home warranty after f h furr told me i had a crack in my heat exchanger. He was thorough and explained everything and did a complete check of the system, finding no crack. The knowledge he imparts is crucial and helpful in making an informed decision. Great service!

United Heating & Cooling provided a comprehensive quote for work on our rather complicated job. We were given sufficient options and walked through what made most sense. This was a big conversion from (1949 era) oil powered furnace to a new Mitsubishi electric heat pump and air handler system. They were able to handle it extremely well. I would definitely recommend it.

It was 44 degrees in my house when I got home from work and my pipes were freezing. They came out immediately. It ended up being an easy fix. He examined what happened. Showed me how my furnace is not up to code. Gerald was so incredibly nice and didn't push me into unnecessary repairs. Very honest. Will definitely be calling in a couple months so we can get my furnace up to code. I am just mad I didn't get his name!!! He was the owner though. Thanks again for your help!
