Outstanding service! The technician that fixed my heat pump was professional and friendly. You can tell when someone cares about doing their job well. I had a wonderful experience with Levine Heating and Cooling. I called in to set up an appointment for a routine maintenance checkup, and the technician was incredibly friendly and helpful. He explained everything he was doing, what I should expect in terms of cost and how long it would take. He also offered to answer any questions I had as he went along.
