I've had Kamile out twice to help correct issues with my water heater that were caused by the original installer. Every time they've been fast, thorough, and have done great work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Furnance maintenance Patric was excellent! He arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment. He removed his shoes without me asking (A PLUS)! He explained everything prior to starting. When he was finished, he explained everything thoroughly. He recommended something minor at a later maintenance call. He said that everything was running fine at this point. He didn't try to add anything to my bill. I appreciate your honesty, professionalism and service Patric. I will be calling Global Heating for my Furnance, water heater, humidifier, etc services from now on. I give Patric FIVE STARS!!! THANKS AGAIN PATRIC

Had a new furnace installed on December of (Lennox model El296UH090XV48C) December of 2020 and roughly only 3 years later the furnace stopped working. I called another hvac company to come check it out and it seems like a circuit board issue. Furthermore, the other hvac company pointed out issues with the installation where it seemed to cause condensation to form in various places of the furnace. Based on the response thats a fair point for not having scheduled a regular inspection. Ill bump up the review, however, since the other company still pointed out things seemed incorrectly installed which had to be done wrong in the first place.
