My friend lives there and when I visit her, the employee there just breaks in with key and showing the apartment. I was sleeping and wake up found a group of three people opened the door and already in her apartment without asking permission. I guess they thought no one was at home. The email notice was showing a previous day, no notice for that day. Dont live there. They break in.

Was rescheduled 4 times due to mismanagement and scheduling conflicts, each at the last minute. The 4th time I showed up only to find out I was never scheduled.

My 18 year old son rented from Neves Group and it was his first apartment. It was a great experience. Lease signing went smoothly as we were co-signers and were able to sign electronically and not have to go to the office. Maintenance was taken care of in a timely manner, and the only issue he had was that someone else was parking in his rented parking spot and Neves handled the problem quickly. I would recommend Neves Group as they really do try to meet the tenants needs.
