Customer service is well and alive in the Holt showroom with Jason. Jason was friendly, organized, patient and helpful as we selected fixtures to upgrade my home. A pleasant experience and surprise as I found customer service lacking in most local retailers these days. Thank you Jason.

I am thankful that Jason Buchanan was so unwelcoming to me. At my first visit to the showroom, I was abruptly told to make an appointment. He was busy. So I accepted that excuse. Next time I arrived, I waited 5 minutes for him to answer the door, I was uncomfortable standing between two sets of glass doors on a sunny day. He again told me that I needed to make an appointment. I said okay. I have an appointment, but nevermind I will look elsewhere. He immediately replied that he would get rid of his current customer. I witnessed him rudely dismiss that customer. Then he told me directly that he did not care much for the person he just dismissed. So he made a very bad first and second impression. I spoke with him about needing fixtures for a bathroom remodel. He provided me with enough information to get me started with some ideas. I then did in fact go elsewhere and found very good quality advice and fixtures reasonably priced locally where I was treated with respect.

I had an excellent experience here! I highly recommend asking for Jason, he was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure all my questions were answered. His attention to detail and customer service is top notch. He went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met, which made the experience so much better. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone!
