The plumber would have stayed and addressed all of our plumbing issues right then and there but he needed special parts to fix two other problems we were having with some very old, outdated hardware. He was able to secure the needed parts and returned promptly to make the repairs. Other plumbers would just shake their heads and tell us the hardware was too old and needed to be completely replaced or special ordered from another state. I am happy to report that within two days, he had ALL the long term plumbing problems in our building repaired and working fine! He will be the go-to plumber for our building from now on. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

The plumber came within an hour and had my problem diagnosed and fixed (including a trip to Home Depot for a part) within a couple of hours. Very professional. Highly recommend this company.
