My daughters teachers are Mrs. Susan, Miss Tamia, and Ms. Toya. They are all WONDERFUL, have great communication between each other and parents to students, my daughter has done nothing but excel since being enrolled at chesterbrook!

Our child never found his footing here. We were never sure exactly why, although small clues hinted at understaffing, poor training, and underpaid employees. The communication coming from the teachers and staff was often inconsistent and at odds with what we saw and experienced. On one occasion, I stopped in to pick up my child early, and was standing by my car in the lot as a class was coming in from a walk. The teachers were insulting some students for not walking quickly enough. This was not merely chastisement, the words used were rude and impatient.
Through that lens, it began to make sense why my kid disliked this school more than others before or after. When I contacted the administration about that and other concerns, they were brushed off, with no acknowledgement of any potential problems. We pulled him out soon after. This was fall of 2021. YMMV.

Said they would reach back out to my partner in a few days about the next opening for the infant classroom.
Its been weeks so rating is due to lack of professionalism on the principals part.

This place is wonderful. We have a 6-month-old baby boy who has been treated so well. So much kindness, so many smiles, and good information every day I pick him up. Good attitudes. I look forward to seeing the smiling teachers there every day. They text us photos of him during his day telling us about and showing us what hes doing. I think he is really loved there. Truth be told, Im not crazy about the idea of having to send my kids to daycare in general, but because I need to right now, I am so very happy he is going to Chesterbrook every day. Its like hes with family who care about him, and I think its a big reason why he smiles as much as he does!

I did not feel welcomed. I was told that we will get a tour but was only shown the curriculum for the children. I was lead into the principal office, we chatted I asked to be put on the list. She did not give me anything to fill out and she has never responded to my emails since. I don't like how we were treated and after this experience I would never want my child in a facility with an unprofessional director. The other staff members seemed nice but it's definitely the lady in charge. No thank you!
