Farmers Insurance - Kirstie Davis

Poor service, constantly increasing premiums, and the contractor she recommended for repairs took my money and never did the work. I honestly can't think of how an insurer could be worse.

We always hear that you should have insurance just in case something were to happen for health, life, travel, home, etc. We had recently switched to Farmers because of of their guidance in our policies and their attention to details that had not been caught before. When taking out insurance on our rental property, never did we think that someone would be driving through the middle of town, in the middle of the day, going at a speed that would project them through our yard, launch him through the front of our house, through the living room and into the kitchen knocking out two walls and pushing the stove and cabinets to the other side. Luckily it had been vacant for 2 weeks, no one was living there, and the driver was unharmed. We immediately got our insurance agent involved. Kirstie Davis, with Farmers Insurance started the process of what to do next. The adjusters immediately got in contact with us that week and immediately started processing our claim. It was a large claim because of the amount of damage and their process was quick, and very smooth. The adjusters were easy to work with, progress was shared all along the way, and payments were quickly made. I cannot more strongly recommend Kirstie, Megan Pallija, and Farmers Insurance.

Kirstie has been awesome in every way. She was excellent in assessing my insurance needs and providing better coverage than our previous provider for practically the same price. When I had an auto claim, she helped thru the process to get my repair completed by a quality body shop. I also had a complicated clerical issue with the provider and she spent countless hours making sure everything was straightened out. I highly recommend her if you value top notch service at very competitive rates.
