Paul Debolt was super friendly and did an amazing job!! Whoever in management sees this, PLEASE GIVE THIS WONDERFUL MAN A RAISE FOR HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HARD WORK :) he has been working with my realty to address an issue of a leak Ive been having for a month now. He has went above and beyond to address my concerns and he makes sure to leave my bathroom completely SPOTLESS after any job he completes. I had a water heater problem, and they sent out Paul Debolt on a Friday morning. Paul knew exactly what needed to be done and had all the tools in his truck. Then I had another leak that I didn't find until 10:30 pm on a Saturday night. The guy on call was at my house within an hour, stopped the leak, and was gone by midnight, at no charge since they just worked on the water heater the day before. In the last year, they have worked on my livestock well in the bitter cold, installed a new air conditioner in my house, and performed maintenance on my furnace every year. My HVAC guy, Danial, said their company could also service my 25KW standby generator too! You need to make CU HVAC, Plumbing, & Electric your "go-to" for all your heating/air conditioning, plumbing, & electrical needs. 5-stars all the way.
