      image 1 hour + late to an appointment. Just ended up calling and telling them to forget it. I understand an open schedule, but I was called and alerted when the plumber would be showing up. An hour after that arrival time, he had still not shown up. This was a first call appointment. Dispatch and main office were both very nice and professional regarding the situation.
