Really good people I got a great deal on a beautiful SUV sales men mr sam a really great guy he worked really hard to get me in a great vehicle and a very kind team member and loves his job helping people and called to see how I was doing and told me to call anytime time because we're family company which made me feel great thank you experience great

Went in to have a fender liner installed while getting routine maintenance. They did not have in stock, but said they would order. a couple of days later i left the car. They called and stated that the parts department ordered the wrong one and by the way, it needed something else in order to make it work and that would be $485 additional. No apologies, no reasoning why it wasn't seen earlier in the week by the other mechanic. Obviously no offer to reduce the price. Obviously for poor customer service i will never go back.
