My furnace went out during this cold snap and my house dropped to 38 degrees before the problem was discovered. Im always nervous to call hvac people - I have an older unit and they usually try to sell me a new one. Aaron with Omni came out, diagnosed the problem, and had a new motor installed in no time. As a single person with no idea how to repair things, it was relieving and refreshing to find a reliable HVAC company that isnt going to try and sell me a new unit I dont need. Id recommend Omni to everyone.

AHS assigned my service to Aaron and Omni Home Comfort. I was stressed and worried considering my last warranty experience with another company. I spoke to Omni's front office and immediately felt better. They took ownership and had Aaron on his way within an hour or so - an amazing accomplishment considering the negative temps and demand. Aaron was able to get my furnace working in short order and my home is now a toasty 72, while it's -7 outside.

great service. initially went through 3rd party warranty company to get a new furnace. since then they are very responsive, even when shorthanded.
