Whirlpool sent these guys out for a warranty repair for a partially working washing machine. The service tech shorted out something and damaged the washer even worse than it was to begin with and only put half of the screws back in when he closed the machine up. Then they had the nerve to send me a bill for warranty work they did not complete and left me with a machine in worse shape than when they arrived. Even after I worked the billing issue and whirlpool agreed to take care of it, they refused to deal with the warranty and repeatedly billed me for service they did not complete.
These guys will rip you off. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Service: Washing machine repair

We've had Chambers techs in our home 5 times--the 1st was for a warranty and they were dispatched. Since then we've requested them and they've been consistently prompt, responsive, competent and in 1 case ordered a part based on a phone diagnosis so they could fix with 1 visit (it was the right part!). Today they fixed an LG dishwasher that was imprisoned by a new floor--the tech had to fight it out but did so without complaining or damaging the floor. This company is Aces when it comes to appliance repair. My company is in the service business and I know how hard it is to do it right! Spend about 9 months going back and forth. Unable to repair samsung washer. They just didnt know how to fix it, but refuse to admit it. So they just kept coming back and forth. Now its been a year. We spend a lot of time and money and still dont have a functional washer. Now we have to buy a new one. Maybe they know how to fix other things Service: Washer/dryer repair
