Like Alex Southern, I had a bad experience with the office workers, they are so rude! If those ladies continue to act that way, they are driving away old and new occupants. The management has to consider replacing or relocating them maybe. I would have moved in into this apartment if those people at the leasing office are nice. If they treat you that way upfront, how much more when you have already signed the contract? So sorry for the occupants. I will give one star only for the review rate.

***Edited*** Too Long; Didn't read: - Additional $300+ fee for moving in the same complex, still counts as "breaking your lease" - Management was rude and "played dumb" and were uncaring - Barged into my home - Denied a two bedroom because there was "garbage" everywhere, which in reality were my fabric bags, I'm a seamstress. - Floors in second apartment were very unlevel - Didn't get a very important letter, until two weeks after I needed to know the news, that they could've very easily put under my door/mailbox. - Because of never receiving letter went 6 days past lease date and was charged almost $420 for 6 days - Very rusty water VERY - Water is shut off A LOT - Fire extinguisher across from laundry room was constantly expired/missing/ broken/or vandalized - Kids destroyed an outdoor sculpture I had, management did nothing. - NO DISPOSAL - Power switches in bathroom DO NOT WORK unless lights/fan are turned on - Fans are LOUD - Vent over stoves DO NOT WORK, They are there for show! There is a fan in the kitchen, but it's not a range hood. - All pipes on sinks are twist to connect no glue, nor seal and fall appart constantly. - Ant problems - SOLICITERS!!! - Everything is COVERED in paint, Even the bathtub has some sort of seal coat on it, but that chipped and peeled away with normal use - SEWER back up in my home when I moved in. Toilet and bathtub. - Childen and adults break the locks on the front door because the leasing office doesn't teach you how to use the key pad to open the front door or allow more than one Key per household to get into the building itself. - $20 ticket for cars in parking lot without a sticker/plaque, $75 ticket and towing if parked on the street of Thornhill Management does nothing - Additional $100 of you want a assigned parking spot, otherwise first come first serve. - EXPENSIVE for not a huge value, in regards to the home itself I'll keep my stories to myself, but I was called filthy, and the management couldn't be bothered to keep me in the loop about anything, and then punished me when I was out of the loop. I owe over $300 for a "final rent" as they couldn't bother to even tell me something as important as my lease end date. Avoid at all costs.

I do not recommend this place to live, it is rubbish starting with the office and the maintenance!! I have had no heating for 3 days. I called and they did not answer!!!
