Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at an apartment complex for mail. The mailing system is an actual joke. Get a package from somewhere? Good luck. They don’t even organize it. There isn’t even lockers. I’d rather them stick my packages in the middle of the street, at least I’d be able to find them. It’s a joke. To say this is a nightmare is accurate. Unbelievable. UPDATE: I even called today about my 3 missing packages, yes 3, and they told me it isn’t their problem. This is a comedy. UPDATE2: They said that they would put people to organize the mail room. I was going to change to 2 star, but two of my packages ARE STILL MISSING UPDATE3: The mail experience has gotten significantly better since I left this review. The only reason I say that is because I no longer ship items here ever, so I don't have to experience it any more. But I'm changing my review to a three star because I know they are trying.

Have been loving this place so far. They do community activities all the time which makes it a fun place to live. Plus everyone I have met so far has been super sweet !
