Horrible service! Had may car for over a month. When I finally got it out, the same issue that they "fixed" broke in the middle of the street. Took it back in and now I have to pay 3 times more for things that weren't seen when I initially brought it in. Never dealing with them or Kias ever again.

They had the car over 10 days. Never given any updates. Always had to contact them. Spent over $700.00 and in return given a dirty car back before 5pm. No porters there. Right! I'm never going back there!

Is it possible to give 0 stars??? I wish I would have read these reviews before going because I was highly disappointed with the service provided by River Oaks Kia. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation which I was told should take 1.5-2 hours. I ask them to take a look at my tires and let me know if there's a slow leak since I was having issues with the tires. The servicemen never returned my car to me nor was I provided a report on what was going on with my car. I waited in the waiting from for nearly 4 hours, close to closing when an employee informed me that the mechanics left over an hour ago and my car was ready since 4pm. I did not receive a call, text or any updates on my car. The mechanics LEFT before returning my car and again did not give a status update. I had a very important event to attend, which I missed due to waiting unnecessarily beyond the time my car was ready. I brought this to the attention of the manager, Ziggy and which he explained that the service attendant was new. I further expressed my frustration with the service and the inconvenience that this caused. Ziggy then was rude and lacked sympathy. He reluctantly offered a small discount. 3 days later I still have not received a call from Kia with some type of status report on my tires. This is not okay and I would not return to this location nor recommend this location to anyone. In fact, I will no longer keep this Kia and trade it and obtain a new car from a company that care is more detailed and show care and concern for its customers.
