Wow horrible customer service, September 9th 9pm ~ me and my guy came in there as we usually do but this time the lady working this night (forgot her name) she was not at the counter, she was sitting her butt down playing the slots, she did not greet us, did not ask what we wanted, did not speak, I had to make her speak by saying oh hello 3 times( was weird because she sees us often, she was on the machine my guy wanted to play and when he asked her for a beer, she there her hands up as if we were bothering her...omg and not only were we treated horrible she had a customer that told her they were ready to go and she made them wait to get snacks while she finishes her game and they mentioned they didn't want to get her in trouble, she didn't care~she was the worst, we spend too much money and time in Ron's Reels in Lansing, IL to be treated this way, we won't be back anytime soon.
