Fancy blinking RGB fan lights on my computer I ordered online (not from here) would not turn off. I could not find the cord/setting that would disconnect the lights (I'm above average with computers). I just wanted them off permanently without turning off my fans. Brought my PC to this joint unannounced. Asked the guy at the counter (Ken) if he could find a way to disable just the fan lights. Ken opened my computer, worked for 5 min. Said 'all done'. I asked how much I owed, he said "No charge". Will use them again!

The worst possible service.Avoid going there.They take items from your laptop and then charge you more to fix it. His spouse is also complicit in all of this nonsense. When I begged her to give my items back, she became irate. Those men should never be trusted, so please don't go or have your belongings repaired by them.

i brought my computer in for repair and Scott actually re-jiggered and made it better, beyond what it even was when i brought it in. and very reasonable prices as well. highly recommended!

So i have given him my lenovo laptop in a complete working condtion to fix some display stuff and he fixed it but after i tried to turn on my laptop it was not working so i went back the same day and gave it to him back he said he will check it and after he told me he will call me as soon as he fix it he didnt call me back so i was kept calling every week but he was not answering if i go to the store its always closed and never picked up a call and after a month he texts me that the mother board is not working he said for that i have to pay extra money it was not even my fault it was completely his fault i said i will not give a single penny i said i want my laptop back i will get it fixed somewhere else and when i go there to pickup a laptop he was not even there and he kept me waiting for 30 mins and after that his wife comes in to the store and when we asked for our laptop back she banged it on the table and i asked for my laptop charger she lied that we didnt gave our charger and after that we had a arguments and she gave the charger and most interesting part is when i gave my laptop to other professional they told me that there was main IC from motherboard was missing . So that means you guys know what he is doing with your devices when you give him for repair , so kindly request whoever reads this never ever go there!if you go there you will regret for sure.
