I've been lucky to have Marc as my trusted go to person for tech support for the last 15 years. He never fails to answer my call on the first ring with a cheery greeting. He either helps me in the moment ( especially if the issue is urgent) or if he is with another client, sets a time for us to talk later that day. He has never failed to help me resolve whatever issue I have no matter how complicated.

Wow! What unbelievable professionalism, candor and customer service. Marc was so helpful, knowledgeable and was quickly able to diagnose the issue. The ease of understanding what the issue was WITHOUT tacking on all these 'additional fees' was perfect, as I had my gaming computer back the next day working perfectly. Will use him again in the future.
