AT&T Store

I purchased a new Galaxy S24 phone and was offered a pair of Samsung ear buds at half price as part of the purchase. I accepted the offered, bought and paid for the phone but the sales staff forgot to include the ear buds when they processed the phone purchase. When I asked about the ear buds they responded that they could no longer offer the discount because it had to be processed together on the same transaction with the phone and if I wanted the ear buds I would have to pay the full price. Not only was the error the fault of AT&T staff, I was never told of the conditions that it had to be handled as one transaction. Needless to say, I was unhappy and did not purchase the earbuds.

The place was amazing, Amanda did an incredible job assisting me in my very complex requests. Lots of knowledge and overall she was just awesome!

IF THE CUSTOMER SAID NO TO ANY OF Y'ALL GUYS TRYING TO UPSELL, PLEASE DON'T DO IT. I DIDN'T REALIZED THAT I GOT CHARGED FOR SOMETHING ELSE THAT I DIDN'T WANTED.

I upgraded my iPhone at the Buffalo Grove store and the rep helped me understand the costs, and transferred my information as well as installed the screen saver. Overall a great experience and I will definitely return for all my future phone needs.
