Keith and his team replaced our 50+ year old first and second floor windows in 2018, including large living and dining room windows. Last week he completed replacing our basement windows. Keith is professional, honest, highly knowledgeable, diligent, and responsive. He provided excellent communication throughout these projects. We teased him about setting our clocks based on his precise arrival for meetings. Keith guided us to windows which have proven to insulate our home exceptionally well, while quieting the house significantly. Besides the windows high quality, I am sure this is due the professional installation, where the craftmanship and attention to detail is evident. Keith also recommended several reliable vendors who successfully completed some smaller maintenance projects recently. This speaks to his industry knowledge and relationship building. We needed a few windows replaced in our home. I am new to the area and didnt know where to start finding someone reliable. I saw the great reviews here and reached out to Keith to get a quote. Replaced my 100+ year old leaky drafty basement windows with beautiful and durable but most importantly water tight glass block windows.
