I don't have a review. FYI, my wife and I went to the location today and found the door locked and door knob missing. Checked with door and window store next door. We were told the Panel Window place closes about 4 months ago. Apparently owner retired and moved from the area. Location has not been open since.

Our windows are surrounded by crumbling cement. The price given was for a "worst case scenario" three day job. The crew finished in one day, didn't remove all the metal casings as planned, but still charged the "worst case" price. The cement around the windows is already crumbling. The owner called, after several contact attempts, and said he would take send someone to try to make it look better. That was weeks ago, and he has not sent anyone, called again or refunded any money for an incomplete job. Update: The owner called the day after this review was put up and suddenly remembered that he said he would send someone to repair the window concrete. They did attempt repairs, but the concrete work is still uneven and crumbly. We told the owner we were unhappy and he offered a small, partial refund. Weeks passed, refund was not sent. Then the owner stated that he decided not to send it since he "originally told us the concrete would not be finished." Of course, we would never have hired him had this been the case.
