the 2 guys behind the counter were so unwilling to help when i asked about some games. i drove all the way out here just to walk away completely disappointed. they seemed inconvenienced that i was trying to ask for some information.

The customer service was fantastic. Even though the young lady said she had only been working there for a week. She had a load of information to share. The employee answered every question and was very quick to add suggestions. I allowed my 11 year old to pay for his purchase and count out his money. Most of which was dollar bills and the bill was over seventy dollars. The employee was extremely patient and when he messed up his account and had to start over 3 times she never seemed impatient or rushed. She just sat there with a smile on her face and waited. I appreciate how my child was treated. And I especially appreciate the friendly customer service and patience. I will definitely shopping here again.
