We arrived at Heathrow Airport ,absolutely exhausted after being up from 4am and then a 7 hour flight to London. We had informed Transfeero of the ETA of our flight and all the details of the flight. After we were already on board our plane ,other passengers did not show, so all the baggage had to be sorted to get their luggage off. Beyond our control our plane arrived late and nobody was there to pick us up. We rang the driver, but he was unwilling to come back, as he said he had waited an hour then left. We rang the office and they refused to send someone else and also refused to reimburse us any amount saying that's their policy . They were very expensive .We found this to be so unacceptable. Very often planes are delayed and it's up to the transport company to check with the airport as to the arrival time. Please be aware when deciding what transport to use .I see someone else has also written they didn't get the service and their money was taken. Service: Limousines

This company runs a scam ! Please Avoid at all costs . Booked them for a transfer in Rome , i was travelling with my husband and 9 month old. I provided my flight details and when the flight was delayed 2 hours - they said the driver had other jobs to do and refused to refund . So essentially they didnt provide the service and still took my money . Stay away from these thieves . Do Yourself a favour and get another service . These folks are crooks

The service could be better but overall was only sufficient. Prior to our first trip, I needed to change my drop off location. Neither the app nor the website allowed this (not a great design) but when I contacted the company via email, no problem. Thank you Dario! But getting picked up at Heathrow = no driver. I had to contact the driver to try to find him only to then learn hes 40 minutes away. Forty minutes being quite a long time and not fun after a 12-hour flight, I contacted the company directly to see if there was an alternate driver or cancel the trip, get a refund and a taxi. Response: our drivers are Always on time. To prove I wasnt a liar, I had to send the drivers message to me to the company. When the driver finally appeared, the car smelled heavily like smoker; not great. The company never addressed my inquiry re refund or alternate driver but generated a complaint on my behalf where I was informed Id receive a one time exception (as if Im in the wrong and they are gracing me with a gift) of $35 off my original $150 payment. The message contained nothing by way of sorry about stranding you at the airport for almost one hour. The driver to the airport was completely professional, on time (early even) and wonderful. I booked a transfer for my family from Singapore airport to our hotel. Our flight was announced with 70 minutes delay, 4 hours before the flight. I immediately contacted Transfeero, but they were unreachable via email, website chat, US phone numbers, Australian phone number at 10am in Singapore time on a Monday. I then called the driver directly, but he said that he had another transfer right after ours and so he would not be available. He then agreed to cancel and refund, he said that we can contact the platform later to finish the cancellation. I emailed Transfeero right away even before my flight and explained the situation. As of now they refuse to provide a refund. I understand that the flight delay is out of everyones hand. But 1. The driver agreed, was informed on time and didnt have to come to the airport. 2. The service operating in Singapore was unreachable during regular operating hours for a traveling service which requires emergency contact routes. 3. The service was not provided, yet the date take my money. I really do not recommend this service. They are dishonest.
