Waited an hour for pick up and everyone got loaded before us we were next in line for 48 minutes and cars that came after waited a minute and got loaded, when I saw the guy I asked if I could speak to a manager he informed me he is the lead there and his name is Michael and when I asked him why are you skipping us the whole time he looked at his phone said my name and said i dont know but i can look for it and at that point I didnt want the order or to wait any longer, main reason i did click and collect is because of time. As a lead if you see a car in that spot for a long time and you load all the ppl you can clearly see come after you should ask a question also I dont know is not an answer. I really wasted my time here today and it sucked. Also my husband went inside and when he saw him he walked away so he wasnt able to ask him why we are still waiting. Just really and experience here.
