My gf stopped by the office today for her appointment to see an apartment. The girl who she had the appointment with had called in sick. You'd think somebody would have called to let my gf know. The two gals in the office claimed they were two busy to do the showing. My gf had also called to confirm earlier but nobody picks up the phone. Terrible way to run an office.

This is a beautiful place the cockroaches are very elegant and the queef smell makes me edge angel Esperanza final trenches boss is hard to defeat but his mythic is very helpful for endgame

Affordable living arrangement without the affordable price tag. One positive, they help your credit score grow and don't report to bureaus if you miss a payment. That's nice, but that's where that ends. Ground is covered in dog poop and often garbage. Getting maintenance to come fix anything is like pulling teeth. I had my refrigerator sit broken for 4-5 days before someone came to lazily misdiagnose it before someone FINALLY replaced my refrigerator, but not the hundreds of dollars of food we lost from the negligence. To top things off, this complex is excessively guarded by a towing company. Your car gets pulled out of plentiful empty spots sometimes within an hour of parking there, and the towing company will also lie and say you were parked in a no-parking zone/diagonal yellow line spot for hydrants. The parking lot directly east of my building was a business lot that accomodated parking for visitors and has never been touched by the towing company, even though a car would sit for over a week in that lot. It's a massive scam along with their visitor parking policy. They lie and say all parking is for tenants and have dozens of open parking spots that could be for visitors, and require us to get same-day parking permits for visitors, yet if the office is closed, you're SOL and can't have visitors :). People that live here are usually having a rough time financially, yet when push comes to shove, you end up losing money here anyway. This place should consider doing better.

The only reason I gave one star is because I had to in order to post!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE MOVE IN AT YOUR OWN RISK! Lets start with how you have a building that is supposed to be locked and they give residents a key for it but it never locks I have lived here since May 2022 and they have fixed the door 3 times and each time its only fixed for a week maybe 2 other than that the door is broken and unlocked. Jennifer in the office said its not much else they can do. Its dirty inside and out trash and bottles of pee are constantly in the hallway and again they say they are going to reach out to the tenant and it is still ongoing. I have taken pictures and told them exactly who it is and nothing I literally had to handle it myself. They dont fix anything I live on the 3rd floor and my air conditioner has been broken since I moved here they replaced it with an older one and it doesnt work either it will blow out cold air for about 15 mins then it just spits out ice!!!! I lost my job and true enough they helped me out with assistance with my rent ; however, in exchange they wanted me to leave a good review. The only thing good about living out here is that you have a roof over your head!!! My car was broken into and my parking decal stolen and as a result my car was towed and I was told it was nothing they could do. They have put up cameras but i guess they dont work because it would take no time to find out who did it!!! The hallway smells like dog piss!!! The dumpsters are always empty but trash is always around the dumpsters!! Maintenance is lazy they just ride around on golf carts all day!!! I swear if you move here you will regret it!!!!!
