My unit got infested with ants due to to the garage underneath me not being properly maintained and I have been more than accommodating on my end trying to help to resolve the issue but due to the fact of how bad the situation is, I wasnt able to be in my unit for an extended amount of time and there has been absolutely no accommodation from management side. They want me to live with ants in my unit like a peasant and are not willing to compensate for these issues. Refusing to relocate me to another unit, refusing to cover my outside living expenses, refusing to reduce rent for the month while they trying get rid of infestation, refusing to take off fines in order to terminate the lease. After living here for 3+ years Im extremely disappointed in customer service here. Would absolutely NOT recommend living here for anybody

Love living here for many reasons! The staff and service are top notch! So very friendly and helpful! They treat everyone here like family. The amenities are great! The Club House, pool, grills, ponds, dog park, and walking areas are amazing! Also, there are so many great stores and restaurant's close enough to walk to! We are also only steps away from an outdoor mall that includes a popular movie theater! Feels like living in a resort, therefore, no need to go on vacation!
