Lovely Nails

I don't write a lot of reviews, but this was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I had an appointment with a friend. She started immediately when we got there, but I sat there for 10 to 15 minutes with my feet in the water waiting for someone to even say that they would be working with me. Then the tech came over and he rushed through the whole thing. He finished my nails at the same time my friend finished even though she started at least 10 minutes before me. I paid for a regular pedicure with wax , but it was more like an express pedicure. The paint on my nails looked bumpy, there were areas that he didn't even paint at all, and there were areas that he smudged and left marks with his fingers. He also left nail polish on my skin in several places and several nails were cut unevenly. I politely pointed out how messy the big toes were and he painted over them, but didn't even fix the problem. I didn't even realize how bad the other nails were because of the lighting until after I left, but multiple nails looked like they got smudged while drying, but I was careful not to touch anything. He rushed through and was very sloppy; I am not great at painting my own nails, but they look so bad that I will probably take off the paint and redo them myself. Service: Pedicure
