Brought my mom with me, we both got mani/ pedis. Two days later, my thumb has pus coming from it. I'm at Prompt care. I will be in to ask for a refund as soon as I finish here. Pretty sure ill be on an antibiotic. The nail tech did a horrible job of cutting my cuticles or It could be a dirty nail file was used. Never going back

I came here because I broke a nail on a day my normal salon is closed and I needed my nails looking nice asap. I knew Id have to get a whole new set, I get dip nails. I had to get the current set soaked off first and the man doing it already pulls out the drill and cut me. Then, I got passed to the only other person working, who proceeded to cut me 6 out of 10 nails. Only one was even acknowledged. Theyre cut too short, theyre chunky, theyre not the cut I asked for. Ill read more reviews the next time Im in a pinch.

Went in for my first manicure and didnt know exactly what I needed to ask for. We got started and I said to cut my nails short as I thought that wed put the fake nails on top. When he start to paint a clear layer I asked if we were not putting longer nails on. He said I would have needed to ask for a full set at the beginning. Not thrilled with the lack of explaining when I said it was my first manicure ( I get pedicures all the time). He didnt even put lotion on my hands and do a massage. The paint job isnt the best either. He just told me we were done after I washed my nails didnt even ask did I like it. Ive never had a pedicure where they didnt ask of it looked alright and if I was satisfied. I will not be going back. Service: Manicure
