Usually, my go-to for my gaming wants and needs, however, dropped by 2 days in a row at different times, yesterday at 4.20pm only to find the lights on and doors locked. Means I will find a different store.

Honestly we've had multiple incidents and issues with this specific location....most recent incident is my husband called them to ask if they had a game in stock pre-owned that woman said no sorry but you can buy it new for $75 from us, mind this game has been out for over 2 years and the website stated $28 NEW and pre-owned for $23 and it even stated they had 4 copies of pre-owned available at this location and so we did an online pickup and it was available and ready within an hour...so that is a bit sketchy, don't you think?! SO NOW here is another incident(s), my husband wanted to go trade in his Xbox and they were closed early by at least 3 hours...BOTH TIMES he went....I'm confused what is the point of having OPEN TO CLOSE hours if they are not gonna honor it? this location customer service is a JOKE and they are lazy.
