Mary has allowed the new home owners to be into our home and start building things on the walls before the closing. So they are using our power as well. Not to mention, God forbid someone get hurt and it falls back on my husband and I. Water was shut off fortunately. I have yet to be able to reach her since. Still, thats a big common sense firm NO NO. The key or code should NEVER be given until the date of closing. She is experienced so I was a little thrown off by that.

Mary, Mary, as two ladies are such people friendly. My daughter is differently able. Thus, l am a momma bear who vets all her probable residence, area, and interaction as she is very quiet and needs to feel safe. She came and saw the apartment and area. She had no anxiety and was comfortable. Thanks, Marys, for putting my heart at rest.

She is a master of impersonation fraud.. loud, obnoxious, and go into another buisness impersonating my mom... worthless... ever hear of impersonation fraud mary? Not real smart,I wouldn't buy a loaf of bread off this broad,let alone a property.

Ease of use for the rental and no issues at all since we have been using them for 6 months.
