This is the worst Chase ever! A manager Sandra Pita couldn't give a proof of funds form? We were told we have to call another # my father is 74 years old! You might as well figure out your issue yourself!

This is the worst bank branch I have ever visited. Customers service is nonexistent and the inexperienced manager doesn't even try to resolve anything. Avoid going to this bank unless it's for the ATM. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

My wife came in to use the notary at your branch. The notary witnessed my wife initial and sign our marriage settlement agreement, and then the notary notarized that She witnessed ME instead of my wife. She notarized the wrong part of the document, which caused me to have to get new documents and take my wife to a competent notary. Causing me more stress.
This was a fairly minor situation. My question is how many contracts has your incompetent Notary screwed up in the last 19 years that she said she has worked there.?
