        GROSS. This place is gross!!!!! Beware every time you go into one these buildings it smells like a dirty dumpster. If you didnt know they have a system with the garbage that they actually think its sanitary to leave everyones stinky garbage in front of the door for someone to come pick it up. Which around these hours youre passing by and you literally want to puke in your mouth from all the rotten stenches that come from the peoples garbage. DISGUSTING you feel like its dirty place all around.

        I want to start this off by saying that my tour guide, Michelle was great. She has been prompt to answer emails and considerate of me during the initial search of looking for an apartment. The day of my tour she gave me 3 different options with pricing on each apartment. When I went to their website to apply, the apartment I wanted wasn't the one that was shown during the tour so Michelle and I went back about it for a day and I was given a different unit to apply for. When I went to apply, the pricing of the units went up and Michelle told me she would honor the quote given the day I initially toured. After spending $315 to apply and being approved, management said I could not have the rate initially given the day I toured. Seeing as this was a mishap on their end to why I couldn't apply the first day, it seems reasonable to honor the price they quoted me at. Management does not honor what their staff is promising customers. If you're considering this complex, I'd be weary.
