The first thing I appreciated was the insurance rates that saved me over $200 on home and auto insurance. Another thing I appreciated was being able to have a homeowner policy rate that saved me money, but also, I wasn't "penalized" for paying the premium on a monthly basis instead of a one-time annual payment to have the great rate. That was important to me as a retiree living on a fixed income. Lori was my contact and she handled everything very professionally, and when I went in to get the paperwork done, she had everything ready to go without any hitches. Everything went as explained and prices were as explained, and I am just looking forward to good relationship with my new insurance company.

I was put in a very bad situation by my last company. They doubled my policy rates and lowered my policy coverage and I had A limited amount of time to get everything situated and set up with a new company or End up stuck in a situation I couldn't afford. These guys got on it right way gave me some insight on The situation with my last company and actually gave me a lower rate than my initial one with my last company and more coverage on the policy. Thanks guys!

After several attempts to find the best auto policy that works for me, I was desperate and started to feel overwhelmed. My niece passed along Lori's number and I called her immediately.
