Am glad to see Pekin has added a location here in O’fallon, Illinois, as I know it to be an excellent company, HOWEVER, I’ve not had any experience with this new location. My insurance broker/agent of 30+ years, Pufalt Pauley Insurance Co., (brokerage), Belleville, Illinois, has been instrumental in placing me with the best companies for the best coverages I’ve needed in my various stages of “life”! Married, divorced, homeowner, renter, auto insurance, etc., as life happens so do your needs, and I wouldn’t even consider thinking of placing my insurance needs with anyone but Pufalt Pauley of Belleville, Illinois. No matter what the problem, be it dire urgency, emergency, or just questions, they have the answers ALWAYS. Most of Pufalt Pauley’s staff has been with them as long as I’ve been a client and most have felt like family. How many of us can say that these days? Just so happened I was paying my Pekin premium on line and noticed reviews on google and couldn’t pass up the opportunity to give my review. PEKIN is TOP NOTCH, been with them a long time through different life cycles and wouldn’t change a thing, and I do believe Pufalt Pauley is the primary reason, but not once have I ever had an issue or “unknown surprise” with Pekin. I very highly recommend Pekin insurance and I’m certain this new location in O’Fallon will not fall short of the excellence Pekin provides!
