Ive been staying at various hotels in the Chicago area for about a year, and this hotel is by far my favorite. Michelle Diana and Manny, along with all the other personnel, always went out of their way to try and accommodate my very tight schedule in terms of housekeeping, etc. This particular location is very clean, cozy, and clearly managed very very well. Amazing staff all around. 10/10, truly cannot thank them enough for the amazing stay.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this Marriott property. The interiors look as if everything has been renovated and updated to modern Marriott standards. The staff was very patient and superbly helpful upon my arrival. The views of the downtown skyline were surprisingly welcomed. Kudos to the staff!

Its home away from home, this has been one of best experience Ive had in a hotel being so far away from home. Staff is great especially when having such a tight schedule, Michelle goes above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable one can ask. From breakfast to housekeeping to maintenance and to the management department they take the time to make a guest feel at home. Thank you for the great service y'all provide to those who come here.
