Throwing trash in peoples yards all around the neighborhood and calling it marketing? Literally littering throughout the entire community. Haven’t used and definitely won’t now.

No customer service at all. Mowers rip up the lawn with their spinning tires and never call back. Just keep showing up, even in the rain, and send their bills!

Customer Service is the worst I have ever had. They never answer their Office phone number during their Business hours , calls go to a VM. You can leave as many messages as you would like, they never return any calls. I have called and asked for simple changes to my lawn care, even when you get an answer on the phone, they say they will take care of the change, it never happens. The grass is cut OK, just the Customer Service is a horrendous joke, don't even know why they pretend to have it.
