Staff is very professional & always calls me ahead of time to give me adequate time ensure gates are unlocked, dogs are inside & yard is picked up. The office staff & owners are very responsive to any questions that I have and are always willing to fully explain to my level of understanding & satisfaction. Their Turf Alert mails are appropriate, informative & sent out at the right times. They plan to set you for success.

We are new homeowners on a tight budget and have been with Lawn Doctor Batavia-Aurora for about a year. Even with just the minimum basic services (honestly probably less than the min. recommended haha) it has still definitely been well worth it! Looking back I realized this first year weve been so busy just moving in and getting settled that the lawn was the last thing on our mind. Im thankful we found a company to trust to help us take care of our lawn. They also send really informative emails that have helped teach us a lot. If you are on the fence about where to start with a company, or are tired of the one you have, maybe give lawn doctor a try. They seem to genuinely care about what they do and take the time to do their research and educate their customers, which helps us all work better together.

These guys were great. Did an entire lawn rehab project for me and my new lawn is fantastic.
