        Customer service at Osco leaves much to be desired. When you show up in person, you are greeted with a blank stare, and they wont respond until you speak. Call for a status on a prescription, just to get an idea of how long it takes to fill, and I was put on hold 4 times and I finally just hung up. Its a shame - the overall experience is horrible, nothing like the Osco that once was.

        Helpful personnel. Easy to find, and great selection. Jewel is selling at great prices. It also has a fantastic deli area including hot soups and cold fresh salads.

        I posted this review and it was misunderstood probably because of my wording... Osco is great... Jewel customer service and manger leave alot to be desired.. Good store.. decent prices.. convenient for us but attitude and service with a groan. We get our prescriptions at Osco and the discount coupons help with turning a blind eye to their short comings.
