Lady at the return/customer service desk was not understanding at all. She denied my return of a small shampoo bottle because it was half used. I only used the bottle no more than 3 times. I checked their return policy before entering and read they took back beauty products which were opened so I assumed I was fine. I didnt bother asking for a manager when she denied my return but left and went to another Target where I had no issue returning it. I will never step foot or give this Target another dollar, unfortunately they lost a customer today. I hope someone from the Target team sees this and can educate their team on what makes great customer service! My interaction at the service desk happened around 12:00 on 4/1/24.

Timothy at the drive up is the best! He noticed the milk I was picking up was going to expire in two days and asked if I would like him to grab me a new one. He is always kind and goes above and beyond!

Closed up all the self checkouts due to people stealing through them but then only staffed 1 check out lane for the whole store.
